How much does a repair cost?
The cost depends on the fault. We quote once the cause has been found, and always before any work begins. The diagnostic visit fee is waived if you proceed with the repair. Our published rates are at snowflakeaircon.sg/pricing.
How soon can a technician attend?
Share your location and availability, and we will offer the earliest appointment we can reliably keep.
Which brands and properties do you cover?
All major brands, including Daikin, Mitsubishi, Panasonic and LG, in HDB flats, condominiums, landed homes and commercial premises across Singapore.
Is the repair covered by a warranty?
Yes. Repairs carry a 30-day workmanship warranty: if the same fault recurs because of our work, we return and the labour is free of charge. Parts carry the distributor's warranty. Both terms are confirmed before you approve the work.
What if my unit is under manufacturer warranty?
Check with the manufacturer first, as a third-party repair may affect your coverage. If the warranty does not apply, we can take it from there.
